ASK First STEP Preschool
Did you know that ASK partners with First Baptist Weekday School to offer a preschool program just for our ASK kids? It is only one of two programs of its kind in the entire country! ASK Board member, Steven Bazemore, visited the preschool recently to read to the class.
A Huge shout out to Mustaches for Kids for their support of ASK. They recently presented a $10,000 donation to ASK President, Mike Hedden.
Mustaches for Kids (M4K) Richmond raised more than $30,000 for Richmond-area organizations that help children.
During M4K's 2011 "growing season," the group invited men to collect donations as they grew their mustaches. More than 66 men participated to raise money for Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now), The Children's Hospital Foundation and ASK Childhood Cancer Foundation. M4K awarded $10,000 to each organization.

Many thanks & big hugs to the SOCKS club at St. Catherine's!! They raised an amazing $3,248 for ASK in a walk-a-thon that they organized for their school. They walked in honor of Kourageous Kid and schoolmate, Charlotte.
